She would be blocked when it comes to touching the dead characters and trying to figure out what happened to them/what brought them back! There would be absolutely nothing, as if some sort of strange blank slate.

The food itself, once it has no color, is similar--it's just like everything else without color, and suddenly cannot be read at all. Now that their color is gone, it's like everything they were before has been wiped from existence!
